1) Detailed Product Description:

Huadong Vineyard Cellar Reserve Chardonnay Dry White Wine is made from rare European grape variety- chardonnay grown in Dazeshan of Qingdao City, by Australian experienced winemaker Steve Chapman, strictly in accordance with O.I.V Criteria through low temperature fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for more than 18 months prior to bottling. Its exceptional and excellent wine quality benefits from favorable weather and high maturity.

This wine is distinctly golden straw yellow in color, brilliant in appearance with intense fruit aroma. This is an elegant and silky smooth wine balance by fine acidity, and honored as the precious dry white wine in China.

Best served at a temperature of 10~12 centigrade degrees, the companion foods for it are seafoods and white meats, such as langouste, crab, oyster and so on.
