1) Detailed Product Description:

Huadong Vineyard Cellar Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine is made from rare European grape variety- cabernet sauvignon grown in Dazeshan of Qingdao City, by Australian experienced winemaker Steve Chapman, strictly in accordance with O.I.V Criteria through low temperature fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for more than 18 months prior to bottling. Its exceptional and excellent wine quality benefits from favorable weather and high maturity.

Delightful fruit aroma is well integrated with oak barrel smell. Full-bodied and well balanced with intense flavor, it is honored as the precious dry red wine in China.

Best served at a temperature of 16~18 centigrade degrees, it goes well with particularly robust dishes, such as red meat, wildfowl and fried beefsteak.
