1) Detailed Product Description:

Huadong Vineyard Cellar Reserve Cabernet Dry Red Wine is made from rare European grape variety- cabernet grown in Dazeshan of Qingdao City, by Australian experienced winemaker Steve Chapman, strictly in accordance with O.I.V Criteria through low temperature fermentation and aged in French oak barrels for more than 18 months prior to bottling. Its exceptional and excellent wine quality benefits from favorable weather and high maturity.

This wine is distinctly red gem in color and brilliant in appearance. Meanwhile, it is full-bodied and balanced with rich and prolonged tannic flavors and wonderful chestnut smell. Delightful fruit aroma is well integrated with oak barrel smell which makes it the precious dry red wine in China.

Best served at a temperature of 16~18 centigrade degrees, red meat, wildfowl and fried beefsteak are suggested for it.
