Huadong Founders Reserve Chardonnay Dry White Wine

Huadong Founders Reserve Chardonnay Dry White Wine is made from France noble grape variety- chardonnay by Australian senior winemaker Malcolm Ray, strictly in accordance with O.I.V Criteria, fermented with state-of the-art techniques and aged in French oak barrels. The wine is limpid with golden straw yellow color, transparent and salubrious, like the night breeze of early autumn, with an ethereal aroma charaterised by hints of almond, nuts, green grass, cantaloup and orange. With an oak character, it is elegant with long lasting taste and honored as the real perfect Chinese white wine. Best served at a temperature of 10~12 centigrade degrees, the companion foods for it are seafoods and white meats, such as langouste, crab, oyster and so on.

Huadong wines have consistently won awards at international wine contests and entered in the records of the World Wine Encyclopedia.

²       In June 1987, Huadong Chardonnay took the silver medal at VINEXPO Bordeaux.

²       In December 1988, Huadong Chardonnay won the gold medal at the 1st China Food Expo Beijing.

²       In September 1989, Huadong Chardonnay was awarded the gold medal at MONDE SELECTION in Brussels.

²       In June 1991, Huadong Chardonnay won the silver medal at VINEXPO Bordeaux.

²       In August 1997, Huadong Chardonnay won the Medaille de Bronze at Bordeaux.

²       In March 1999, Huadong Chardonnay won the Diploma di Gran Menzione Rilasciato at Italy International Wine Contest.

²       In December 1999, Huadong Chardonnay won the silver medal at the Chardonnay Du Monde in France.

²       In December 1999 and May 2000, Huadong Chardonnay won the silver medal at Hong Kong International Wine Challenge.

²       In January 2005, Huadong Chardonnay won the gold medal at the London Wine and Spirit International Competition.
